This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services/software ordered electronically, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Within the scope of this contract, the BUYER is the natural or legal person who places an order and makes payment through the Yunsoft.com website, and whose name/title and contact information are specified in the order form. (Hereinafter referred to as 'BUYER').
ℹ️ The Name, Address, and Contact information declared by the BUYER on the payment page shall be taken as basis.
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, regarding the sale and delivery of the service/software whose characteristics are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website at https://yunsoft.com/.
The BUYER acknowledges in advance that the service subject to this contract is within the scope of 'Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer' (Software, code, design, license, etc.). In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED for such services.
In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Bursa Courts are authorized.
The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this contract.
