Refund and Cancellation Policy

Delivery Method

Projects, source codes, and license keys are delivered via email, secure file transfer protocols (FTP), or directly deployed to the client's servers.

Delivery Time

For custom software projects, delivery timelines are defined in the specific Service Agreement or Proposal signed with the client. For ready-made scripts/licenses, delivery is instant or within 24 hours upon payment confirmation.

Exceptions for Refunds

We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund on the following reasons:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues or technical problems, if you do not receive a delivery email or project files.
• Major Defects: Although all our products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If we fail to fix a critical bug within a reasonable timeframe (30 days), a partial or full refund may be issued.
• Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase.

Before Development

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the development process has not yet started. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

During Development

If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point. The remaining balance will be refunded.
