This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations at Yunsoft. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Yunsoft provides digital services and software solutions. Therefore, no physical goods are shipped.
Projects, source codes, and license keys are delivered via email, secure file transfer protocols (FTP), or directly deployed to the client's servers.
For custom software projects, delivery timelines are defined in the specific Service Agreement or Proposal signed with the client. For ready-made scripts/licenses, delivery is instant or within 24 hours upon payment confirmation.
Due to the nature of digital products and custom software development (non-tangible irrevocable goods), we do not offer refunds once the order is accomplished and the product/service is delivered.
We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund on the following reasons:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the development process has not yet started. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point. The remaining balance will be refunded.
